Memo to Mayor and Council/GP 98-6 <br />September 21, 1998 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The stand consists of two trailers used for cooking and selling the food. The <br />applicant has a license from the Minnesota Department of Health for a <br />mobile food unit valid through December 31, 1998. He has also shown proof <br />of liability insurance valid through August 1, 1999. <br /> <br />The stand is set up in the southwest corner of the parking lot and should not <br />interfere with the flow of traffic. Customers will not have to cross any main <br />traffic aisle to get from their parked cars to the stand. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended the City Council approve this request for a general <br />planning permit with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The stand must be kept in good condition throughout the time it is in <br /> place and the area around the stand shall be kept clean and free of litter. <br /> <br />2. The location of the stand will be consistent with the site plan. <br /> <br />3.
