ITEM 14—PLANS <br /> Please submit all applicable plan(s) according to the directions provided. <br /> Building Plans <br /> Building plans are required for all proposed facilities to ensure the development addresses <br /> accessibility and design priorities. Plans must include the following: <br /> 1. Front and side views. <br /> 2. A floor plan with all dimensions. <br /> Trail Plans <br /> Trail plans are required for projects that include the develop en f any t trail and should <br /> include the following: <br /> 1. A typical cross section of the trail. <br /> 2. The trail width, surfacing and base materials <br /> For the purposes of this grant program a multipurpose tra id be designed to a minimum 8' <br /> width. In some cases this minimum width may not be adequ d a width of 10' or more may <br /> be appropriate. All access routes connect i ark facilities an g is must be a minimum <br /> of 5 feet wide. <br /> Playground Plans <br /> Priority will be given to play nd designs th ovide a degree of safety and <br /> accessibility.
