John Dietz advised that Elk River City Council approved the issue at <br /> their October 13, 2003 meeting. <br /> John Dietz moved to approve the refinancing of the Series 1993B, and Series 1994D Water Revenue <br /> Bonds. Jerry Takle seconded the motion.
