The permit requires the city to develop and implement Best <br />Management Practices (BMPs) and achieve measurable goals to satisfy six minimum <br />control measures. The six goals are Public Education and Outreach; Public <br />Participation/Involvement; Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination; Construction Site <br />Runoff Control; Post Construction Runoff Control; and Pollution Prevention/Good <br />Housekeeping. <br /> <br />The City was able to meet goals in each of the six measures.
