Chair • <br /> Setala asked that the other subcommittees work towards achieving the vision. <br /> Commissioner Sayler discussed the MN Greenstep Cities program and <br /> suggested having Philip Muessing,MPCA speak to the ECC more about the <br /> program and discuss the transportation requirement being unattainable for <br /> some communities because of their location. <br /> 5. Other <br /> ERMU Scholarship <br /> Mr. Sagstetter informed the ECC that ERMU is partnering with MMUA to sponsor a$1,000 <br /> Scholarship for an Elk River Senior. <br /> Tiny Solar House Discussion <br /> Commissioner Chuba asked the ECC for assistance on the move of the Tiny Solar House to <br /> Salk and the other schools. Commissioner Rybak indicated that the school district would <br /> make sure the area is plowed and be willing to move the house to the school. A scale will be <br /> used to determine how much the house weighs for the permit. <br /> 6. Schedule Next ECC Meeting and Identify Agenda Items <br /> The February 20,2013 meeting will be cancelled as staff will be exhibiting at the Clean <br /> Energy Resource Team (CERTs) conference in St. Cloud February 20-21,2013, The next <br /> meeting will be held March 20,2013 at the Elk River City Hall in the Upper Town <br /> Conference Room at 8:30 a.m. Items for the agenda include: <br /> • Approval of the January 16,2013 Minutes • <br /> • Subcommittee Updates <br /> • Presentation by Rebecca Lundberg,Powerfully Green <br /> 7.
