In addition to Wall Signs,.Motor Vehicle Service Stations shall be <br /> allowed two (2) Canopy Signs. <br /> b. The total area of each Canopy Sign shall not exceed 32 square feet. <br /> (c) Changeable Copy Signs as permitted in Sec. 30-864 <br /> • <br /> (Ord. C-2 office district <br /> (a) Temporary signs as permitted in section 30-851 et seq. <br /> (b) Permanent signs. <br /> (1) Total Wall Sign area not to exceed 5% of Facade area. Businesses in Multi- <br /> Tenant Facilities shall be allowed their proportionate share of permitted Wall <br /> Sign area. Wall Signs are permitted on any Facade that is not directly adjacent <br /> a residentially used property. <br /> (2) One (1) Monument Sign. not to exceed 40 square feet with a maximum <br /> height of seven (7) feet. <br /> (3) One permanent area identification sign per neighborhood, subdivision, or <br /> development, not to exceed 64 square feet with a maximum height of seven <br /> feet. The area identification sign shall be located on the same premises as the <br /> development it identifies. Area Identification Signs as permitted in section <br /> 30-865 <br /> -(2) One freestanding sign, not to exceed 32 square feet with a maximum height <br /> of seven feet. <br /> (3) The sign area of area identification signs and freestanding signs may be <br /> increased 25 percent if the sign is constructed as a monument sign. <br /> (1) Two wall signs, not to exceed 64 total square feet per occupancy. <br /> 14 <br />
