Submittal of a landscape plan,prepared by a landscape architect,which <br /> meets all requirements as outlined in city ordinances. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 6.1 City Council Liaison Update <br /> Councilmember Burandt gave an update on the progress of the Quiet Zones project. <br /> 6.2 Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Commissioner Konietzko provided an update on the Comprehensive Plan update <br /> process.The following topics were reviewed at the last meeting: Transportation, <br /> Utilities, and Housing. He noted that only about 10 people attended the July 24th <br /> open house. He stated that the December open house will be more widely <br /> advertised. Mr. Leeseberg noted that there will be documents and plans available for <br /> the public at the December open house. <br /> 7.
