One and a half percent of gross revenue for 2004 relates to <br /> $200,180 in CIP spending in 2005. We are anticipating $35,000 in CIP reimbursements <br /> from Great River Energy which leaves $165,180 we must fund through rates. <br /> The attached sheet reflects our proposed CIP programs for 2005 along with the spending <br /> amounts for your review and comment. <br />
