All were well qualified and flexible to work a part tune schedule as well as to fill in as needed for <br /> absences or vacations. One of the top candidates, Diane Juettner, can start work unmediately. <br /> Ms.Juettnet has strong interpersonal skills, experience working for a major construction company, her <br /> family trucking business and most recently with the Bank of Elk River. She will work the afternoon shift <br /> Monday—Friday. This revised work schedule will provide searnless front desk coverage. <br /> This part-tune position is in pay grade 3. Ms.Jeuttner will start at step A. She will be eligible for any cost <br /> of living increase given to non-organized employees on January 1, 2014. All other pay and benefits will be <br /> consistent with city policy. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The costs associated with changing this staff position will result in $6,828 annual reduction ($4,604 less in <br /> salary and$2,224 less in vacation and sick hours). <br /> Attachments <br /> ® None. <br /> E P Q E fl t I I <br />
