During the public hearing, the owner of the neighboring property west of the subject <br /> property indicated that they owned one of the streets because it had already been vacated. Staff has not <br /> seen any documentation supporting this and with the information staff has on file, the streets appear to <br /> be owned by the city. <br /> If the owner can provide information that they do indeed own the street, the city cannot vacate that <br /> street.
