TO THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> We have been informed about the proposed therapeutic <br /> riding center at 21554 Meadowvale Rd., Elk River and <br /> feel it would be a real asset to the area. Not only for <br /> the wonderful results that have been seen at other <br /> like centers, but for the fact that the proposal also would <br /> include the ability for 4-H clubs to have somewhere to get <br /> together and meet in comfort summer and winter. As it <br /> is now, there are no facilities large enough that are <br /> interested in working with 4-H as the Reiners are. We <br /> have no opposition to this concept.
