Pledge of Allegiance <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> 3. Consider 08 /19/2013 Agenda <br /> Itein 8.6 was moved to follow item 7.4. <br /> I <br /> Moved by Councilmernber Motin and seconded by Councilmernber Wilson to <br /> approve the August 19, 2013, agenda. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 4. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> Moved by Councilmernber Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Burandt to approve the following consent agenda: <br /> 4.1 August 5, 2013, regular and August 12, 2013, special meeting minutes. <br /> 4.2 Check register as outlined in the staff report. <br /> 4.3A Pay estimate for the 2013 Street Improvement Project as outlined in the <br /> staff report. <br /> 4.3B Pay estimate for the Bailey Point Nature Preserve parking lot as <br /> outlined in the staff report. <br /> 43C Pay estimate for the public works building as outlined in the staff <br /> report. <br />
