The conclusions, drawing <br /> from this analysis are the same as previous APPA and MMUA rate comparisons. Our <br /> residential and commercial rates are competitive. Our industrial (demand) rate is non- <br /> competative and we need to keep downward pressure on the demand rate. As you may <br /> recall, we raised rates effective January 2004. The demand rate was not raised as much <br /> as the residential and commercial rates. This is in our continued response to get our <br /> demand rate more competitive. <br />
