Attached <br /> for your information is the following information. <br /> a) Bylaws of Midwest Consortium of Municipal Utilities (MCMU). <br /> b) Articles of Incorporation of Midwest Consortium of Municipal Utilities. <br /> c) Certificate of Resolution by Utility Commission supporting MCMU Bylaws <br /> and Articles of Incorporation. <br /> d) Certificate of Resolution by City Council supporting MCMU Bylaws and <br /> Articles of Incorporation. <br /> For an estimated cost of$250/year, MCMU may provide a good bonding alternative to <br /> conventional bonding procedure particularly for the smaller and shorter term bonding <br /> needs. <br />
