The <br /> lowest responsive bidder was Underground Piercing. <br /> John Dietz moved to accept the lowest responsive bidder,Underground Piercing. James Tralle seconded the <br /> motion. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> 6.5 Review and Consider Bid Tabulation for Substation West Feeder <br /> The bid tabulation for the Substation West Feeder was reviewed,with Bryan Adams asking for <br /> authorization to award to the lowest bidder,MP NexLevel,LLC. <br /> James Tralle moved to accept the bid from MP NexLevel,LLC.
