Good <br /> article about Americas aging infrastructure. <br /> c) The Kiplinger Letter Special Report titled, "What's Ahead for 2004". <br /> d) Waterworld, November 2003 article, "Associations Debate Water Tax Issue". <br /> On January 22, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA), <br /> is holding a regional meeting at the LFG Environmental Learning Center. They will <br /> address at this meeting legislative activities, reliability and regulatory issues, and MMUA <br /> activities. Attached is the meeting notice. <br /> APPA is hosting the annual legislative rally in Washington DC, February 1-4, 2004. This <br /> is a particularly important year for the federal energy legislation will be debated again <br /> this year with proposed legislation. Jerry Takle and myself will be attending this rally <br /> unless this commission desires otherwise. The city of Manassas, Virginia is also hosting <br /> a presentation, showcasing their broadband internet service via power line carrier. This is <br /> an exciting new technology we have been watching for a couple of years. <br />
