The Growth Corridor Initiative Program will <br /> be offered within Wright, Sherbume, Isanti and Chisago Counties for 2005 and 2006. We will also provide <br /> information on the Initiative Foundation's popular and effective Healthy Communities Partnership program which <br /> continues to provide training and leadership support for community visioning in the Central Region. <br /> The Growth Corridor Initiative Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 20,2004 at the Riverwood Inn <br /> and Conference Center in Monticello, Minnesota.
