Therefore,the existing sanitary sewer services which flow southerly to the <br /> river bank sewer line will need to be properly abandoned. <br /> 5. There are existing small utility lines along the west edge of the preliminary plat which run <br /> from Main Street to the existing facilities along the south line in Outlot A. A <br /> determination will need to be made before the final plat whether or not these small <br /> utilities can stay in place. If they will remain in place, the appropriate easements will <br /> need to be provided on the final plat.
