This sign will be utilized to advertise available space in the <br /> building,as well as businesses (within Granite Shores). In addition, Mr. Soderberg, owner of the <br /> Granite Shores property, is offering to utilize the sign (up to 20% of the time)to advertise community <br /> events downtown, including,but not limited to,Thursday concerts in River's Edge Commons,all Elk <br /> River Parks & Recreation events (Chalk-it-Up, Kidstock, Movies in the Park), Farmer's Market, Elk <br /> River area Arts Alliance events, Reading Frenzy events, Downtown River's Edge Sidewalk Sales, <br /> Trick-or-Treat and Santa in the Park and McCoy's Annual St. Patrick's Day 5k for CAER. <br /> The proposed sign will assist in drawing people into downtown Elk River to patronize local <br /> businesses, and support community events. <br /> As a current resident of Granite Shores, I give my full support for the construction of this sign. <br /> Thank you for your time. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> a-W' szxo.r^iak <br /> 633 Main Street NW— Elk River, MN —55330 — 763-441-1869 <br />
