She interviewed extremely well and exceeded minimum job requirements, so when the Fire <br /> Department Administrative Assistant position became available,Ms. Haase was asked if she would be <br /> interested. Chief Cunningham and the Human Resource Representative met with Ms. Haase and like to <br /> recommend her for this position. <br /> Ms. Haase has been working for the City of Sauk Rapids for the past two years and has substantial front <br /> desk,permitting, and reporting experience. Prior to her municipal work,Ms. Haase was a general sales <br /> manager for Macy's where she gained valuable organizational and customer service skills. <br /> This part-time position is in pay grade 4 and Ms. Haase will start at step A. Based on satisfactory <br /> performance,Ms. Haase will be eligible for any cost of living increase given to non-organized employees <br /> on January 1, 2014.
