COUNCILMEMBER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Consider Consent Aqenda <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />3.1. <br /> <br />CHECK REGISTER - APPROVED <br />8/24/98 COUNCIL MINUTES - APPROVED <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br /> <br />Railroad Drive Utility Improvements <br /> <br />4.1.A. Supplemental Public Hearing <br />4.1.B. Supplemental Assessment Hearing <br /> <br />City Engineer Terry Maurer stated that on July 6, 1998, the City Council directed <br />staff to proceed with a supplemental public and assessment hearing in order to <br />include the Bread of Life Book Store in the Railroad Drive Street Project. The <br />Railroad Drive assessment and public hearing was conducted on July 6, 1998. <br />Terry Maurer indicated that he has spoken with the owner of the Bread of Life <br />Book Store and that he had no objection to the proposed assessment to his <br />property for the road improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
