This includes <br /> softball/baseball fields, Community rooms, park shelters, park buildings and meeting rooms. <br /> Special Events: Plan and implement annual community events working with a local busi- <br /> nesses, non-profit groups, PTAs, athletic associations and residents at large. <br /> Communications: Responsible for publishing bi-monthly newsletters for distribution to 5,000 <br /> residents. Publication includes writing articles, editing articles submitted by staff members <br /> and desk top publishing all materials into a camera-ready brochure. Also included is the <br /> development of marketing pamphlets, flyers and small brochures throughout the year in addi- <br /> tion to press releases and advertisement copy in local newspapers. <br /> Community Liaison: Facilitate activities of local community groups such as the athletic <br /> associations, community theater, and volunteer committees. <br /> <br /> <br />
