If the replacement wetland is a created wetland, include additional soils <br /> information sufficient to determine the capability of the site to produce and maintain wetland <br /> characteristics. <br /> e. A monitoring plan. <br /> f. For replacement wetlands located on pipeline easements, evidence that the easement holder and the <br /> Office of Pipeline Safety has been contacted. <br />g.
