There is an <br />existing farmstead and a single family home on the property. On the original <br />plat the farm was included on a 30 acre parcel and the single family home <br />was on a 12 acre parcel. The remaining 6 lots ranged in size from 4 acres to <br />10 acres. Access to the lots was provided by a cul de sac with a proposed <br />right-of-way extending to the west boundary of the plat. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
