ORDINANCE NO. 98- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 217 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO THE ELK RIVER ICE ARENA <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 217.04 of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances entitled "Members and Term" be amended by deleting the <br />representation of the Elk River Area Community Recreation Director and <br />adding representation from the Park and Recreation Commission as follows: <br /> <br />217 · 04 - MEMBERS AND TERMS <br /> <br />The Ice Arena Commission shall consist of seven (7) members who <br />shall be appointed by the Council for terms of three (3) years. <br />The Commission will consist of the following: <br /> <br />2 representatives designated by the Elk River Youth Hockey <br />Association. <br /> <br />1 representative designated by Independent School District <br />728. <br /> <br />1 representative of the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br /> 1 representative of the Elk River City Council. <br /> <br /> 2 representatives from the public. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
