Section 6.6. Notices and Demands. Disclaimer of Relationship. The Developer acknowledges that nothing <br /> contained in this Agreement nor any act by the City, County or the Developer shall be deemed or <br /> construed by the Developer or any third person to create any relationship of third-party <br /> beneficiary, principal and agent, limited or general partner or joint venture between the City, <br /> County and the Developer. <br /> Section 6.8. Covenants Running with the Land. The terms and provisions of this <br /> Agreement shall be deemed to be covenants running with the Property and shall be binding upon <br /> any successors or assigns of the Developer and any future owners or encumbrances of the <br /> Property. <br /> 171419v1 1 1 <br />
