Operation does not cause a nuisance to surrounding properties as defined by Sec. 46.36 of the <br /> City Code. <br /> 2. Process and practice remain the same as outlined in 1994 Environmental Impact Study (EIS). <br /> 3. Traffic generation remains consistent with previous years. <br /> 4. Dust continues to be controlled via water suppression. <br /> BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br /> Aggregate Industries has requested an amendment to their CUP to extend operational hours to 24 hours <br /> per day,Monday through Saturday. The amendment will allow Aggregate to operate during off peak <br /> (electrical) times.
