ALL OUTDOOR STORAGE AREAS SHALL BE SURFACED WITH AN <br /> APPROVED SURFACE AND SHALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 10 <br /> FEET FROM ALL PROPERTY LINES. <br /> 2. ALL OUTDOOR STORAGE SHALL BE SCREENED BY FENCING, <br /> STRUCTURES, LANDSCAPING, OR A COMBINATION THEREOF. <br /> 3.
