Section 33, Township 33, Range 26, 2.42 acres, on file and of record in the office of <br />the County Recorder, Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />4. The buildings have deteriorated to a condition that is a fire hazard and public safety <br />hazard. The buildings have broken windows, unstable floors, interior walls that are totally <br />destroyed and overall are in general disrepair. <br /> <br />5. On , the City of Elk River passed Resolution No. <br /> <br />the razing and removal of the aforementioned buildings. <br /> <br />ordering <br /> <br />6. Resolution No. <br />this Order. <br /> <br />is attached hereto and incorporated by reference into <br /> <br />7. Resolution No. includes reports by the Building <br /> <br />Administrator, Fire Chief and Chief of Police. It also includes photographs. <br /> <br />and Zoning <br /> <br />ORDER <br /> <br />1. The owner of the above-referenced buildings shall commence the razing and <br />removal of said buildings within 30 days from the service of this Order. <br /> <br />2. The buildings must be demolished and removed to a proper site licensed to take <br />demolition waste, the excavation filled to grade, and the property must be in compliance <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
