This meeting is truly <br />the initiation of planning activities, therefore there are no.~vrong answers --all input <br />is valuable and everyone's voice is important. Please make certain that all members <br />of your group have an opportunity to participate in the discussions. <br /> <br />This is NOT a public hearing. The agenda does not include time for general public <br />comments. Our goal tonight is to learn about Elk River from its residents. We have <br />found that structured small group discussions are the most effective way to obtain <br />your guidance. <br /> <br />One member of your group needs to serve as the recorder. The recorder's job is to <br />complete the reporting card for each exercise and post the results as directed. <br /> <br />This meeting is important as it provides the foundation for planning activities. <br />Follow the instructions in the Discussion Guide for help in responding during the <br />group exercises. It may help to keep track of the time allotted for each question as <br />indicated in the Discussion Guide. <br /> <br />The consultants are merely resources tonight.
