I talked with Paul Cherne from Pioneer Engineering about the two service
lines still not in easement and CenterPoint Energy will abandon those two lines and cap
them off. The abandon lines will need to be coordinated between the Contractor and
CenterPoint Energy if they fall outside of the dedicated easements on the file plat of
KLIEVER LAKE FIELDS 4T" ADDITION at the expense of the Contractor and knowing
this CenterPoint Energy has no objection to this proposal.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 612- 321 -5381.
Respectfully,
CENTERPOINT ENERGY
OLk 6-' P
Chuck Mayers
Right -of -Way Specialist
Engineering Services
charles.mayers@centerpointenergy.com
612 -321 -5381
pc: Andrew Balgobin, Administrative Engineer
Scott Lehner, Area Manager
Keith Coliver, Area Supervisor Operations
Jim Larson, Master Tech ADV Foreperson
Steve Guhanick, Rehab Designer
Melissa Lisher, Sales Consultant
