The fee for <br /> April should be $4,583.25. <br /> At the March Commission Meeting, after review of quarterly delinquent amounts, it was <br /> requested to report the totals for the amounts sent and recovered to Revenue Recapture (RR) - <br /> since inception. We started Revenue Recapture in 2011, and have submitted $157,913.56 in <br /> claims (this includes approximately $50,000 that had been previously turned over to collections). <br /> We currently have $87,101.31 of claims in the system. The difference of$70,812.25 (submitted <br /> claims versus current claims) includes $45,319.32 recovered directly and $25,492.93 that have <br /> been removed from the system by us. Reasons for removal varied from collecting through <br /> another process (in-house or the agency), or uncollectible due to deceased parties/bankruptcy etc. <br /> The amount of$45,319.32 represents a 28.7% recovery rate, compared to the approximately <br /> 20% recovery rate of a collection agency. Additionally, we receive 100% of the RR recovered <br /> amounts, versus a shared percentage with the collection agency. <br /> At the March Commission Meeting, it was requested to report a breakdown of the 2012 <br /> advertising expenses by two categories: Security and everything else. This was brought to the <br /> April Commission and at that meeting, additional detail was asked for the past five years for <br /> ERMU. A listing is attached, along with some notes of explanation.
