The ERMU <br /> boundary indicated on this map accurately represent the current boundary with the <br /> exception of the boundary already indicated in RED as"do not agree." This area in RED <br /> is located in the City of Otsego in Wright County and is a boundary between ERMU and <br /> Wright/Hennepin Electric (W/H). The attached ERMU-W/H Service Territory Agreement <br /> 1 Map N112 S18 T121 R23 Dec 12, 1990 is a copy of the signed agreement between ERMU <br /> and W/H indicating the electric service territory boundary in dispute runs along the <br /> quarter section line. This area is in dispute because W/H has already installed electric <br /> ifacilities within ERMU service territory.
