NONMAJOR DEBT SERVICE FUNDS <br /> Improvement Bonds-This fund is used to account for the accumulation of resources and payment of <br /> principal and interest on long-term general obligation special assessment debt used to finance various <br /> street,water,sewer and storm sewer improvements. <br /> Government Building Bonds-This fund is used to account for the accumulation of resources and payment <br /> of principal and interest to finance the construction of city facilities. <br /> MPFA Loan-This fund is used to account for the accumulation of resources and payment of principal and <br /> interest to finance Municipal State Aid eligible road improvements. <br /> Tax Increment Financing Bonds-This fund is used to account for the accumulation of resources and <br /> payment of principal and interest to finance administrative and development costs within the various TIF <br /> districts. <br /> YMCA Bonds—This fund is used to account for the accumulation of resources and payment of principal <br /> and interest to finance the construction of a recreation facility which is leased to the YMCA. <br />
