RESOLUTION I 3-4 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority's by-laws establish the second <br /> Monday of each month at 5:30 pm as the regular meeting of the Economic <br /> Development Authority; and, <br /> WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River finds it in its <br /> best interest to change the meeting date and time of the regular monthly <br /> meeting to the third Monday of the month at 5:30pm; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority by-laws require an amendment to <br /> reflect the change in date. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority <br /> of the City of Elk River (the EDA) that by way of action at a regular meeting of the <br /> Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River held on May 13,2013, Section <br /> 2.6(01) of Article 2 of the EDA by-laws are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (01) Time and Place — Regular meetings of the Authority shall be held on the third <br /> Monday of each calendar month at 5:30pm. Any regular meeting falling upon a <br /> holiday shall be held on the next business day at the same time and place. <br /> Regular meetings shall be held by the Authority at such time and place as <br /> determined by the Authority at its Annual Meeting, unless the Authority by <br /> subsequent resolution establishes a different time and place for regular meetings. <br /> Passed and adopted this day of 20 . <br /> Dan Tveite,President <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Brian Beeman, Executive Director <br />
