MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 1. Field users are responsible for any and all damage or excessive use to City fields and <br /> property. If after an activity additional maintenance is required (in excess of normal services <br /> or time), the applicant will be charged accordingly. <br /> 2. Failure to pay for additional maintenance caused by excessive use or damage of athletic fields <br /> as set forth in this section may result in the immediate loss ofexxlsting field allocations,the <br /> revocation of existing permits, and the refusal of future.allocation requests. <br /> 3. Lining of City athletic fields is prohibited without prior written approval. <br /> 6. Burning or painting lines on City athletic fields is prohibited. <br /> 7. Field Closures—An annual rest and renovation program is scheduled at all sites to maintain <br /> field sustainability. The City makes every effort to accommodate groups and organizations. <br /> However, the health and safety of the users and the condition and playability of the fields <br /> takes precedence. As a result, the City may close fields, deny use of a field, and/or provide <br /> alternate sites for athletic use. <br /> 9 <br />
