We have gathered the <br /> best of the trade relating to community planning,transportation <br /> engineering,water and wastewater engineering, economic <br /> development, and parks and recreation planners. WSB provides <br /> Project Manager successful leadership in the communities we serve and we are <br /> Kelsey Johnson confident that we are the right fit for your project. <br /> and Deputy <br /> Project Manager We understand that demographics, economics, and community <br /> Andi Moffatt, visions have changed over the past ten years. As a result, <br /> along with other the current plan has become somewhat "dated" and its <br /> members of effectiveness as a planning and policy tool is declining. We believe <br /> our team, are <br /> familiar with Elk comprehensive planning is a critical component of successful <br /> River and have communities. We are passionate about working with the City of <br /> a comfortable Elk River to help define and attain your vision. <br /> and collaborative <br /> working The City wishes to update and refine the existing Comprehensive <br /> relationship with Plan with an inclusive update of all chapters and new issues that <br /> City staff, may arise. Direct <br /> and understandable communication with stakeholders and the <br /> public at large is the best approach to creating an atmosphere <br /> conducive to problem solving and creativity. The "collaborative" <br /> level of community engagement outlined for this project and in the <br /> stated project schedule will require the consultant and the Project <br /> Advisory Committee (PAC) to work closely and effectively with all <br /> levels of public participation.
