At the start of <br /> .r <br /> the planning process,we will work i <br /> t <br /> G with you to clearly define the roles <br /> 1!1 of the consultant and City staff.We <br /> welcome any staff involvement in <br /> 1 I the planning process, but we are <br /> very respectful of their time. <br /> In general, we look to the City <br /> staff to provide the consultant <br /> f <br /> �1 with available background <br /> materials, applicable reports and <br /> data, to mail out meeting notices, <br /> to help arrange and coordinate the <br /> open house and Citizen Committee <br /> J meetings, and the like. <br /> Based on our understanding of the City of Elk River's needs, we <br /> estimate spending 550 hours on the Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> for a total not to exceed fee of $68,446. WSB only charges for the <br /> amount of time we spend on this project. Consequently, anything that <br /> can be done to reduce our time will result in reduction of our fees.
