Box 430 <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />(763) 441 -2020 <br />UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission <br />Mark Fuchs <br />John Dietz, Chair <br />Line Superintendent <br />Daryl Thompson, Vice Chair <br />Al Nadeau, Trustee <br />MEETING DATE: <br />AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />March 19, 2013 <br />6.1 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Staff Updates <br />[1kTOR"i1w, <br />• Finished rebuilding the single phase overhead line on Viking Blvd. The overhead fiber <br />needs to be attached to the new poles then we will pull out the old poles. <br />• Continue tree trimming. <br />• Had to remove feeder 42 recloser because it was not working properly so we had Utilities <br />Plus Energy Services fix it and then we reinstalled it. <br />• Had 11 new house services. <br />• Continue fixing problems that the infrared camera finds. <br />• Energized the new service at Crossing Church and removed the other transformer and <br />box pad. There is still some work that needs to be done after the frost is gone. <br />• Working on changing out our overhead cutouts and fuses.
