Upon review of past rezoning's in the area, the subject property never was rezoned from Single <br /> Family Residential (R1-c) to PUD, so the current zoning map is in error. <br /> With this recent discovery, staff is recommending the subject property be rezoned from R1-c to Highway <br /> Commercial(C-3)which is consistent with the underlying land use of Highway Business.
