EMERGENCY RESPONSE STAFFINGAND OPERATIONS <br /> GOAL 2A <br /> Provide appropriate and efficient staffing for emergency responses. <br /> Objectives <br /> I. Increase current on-call firefighter staffing by hiring, within 3 years, an <br /> additional 15 on-call firefighters. <br /> 2. Maintain an adequate level of staffing and supervision throughout the <br /> organization, including all individual fire station locations. <br /> 3. Review and update long-term Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br /> 2. Develop a long-term station and resource distribution plan within the City <br /> of Elk River. <br /> 3.
