Planning Commission Minutes Page 2 <br /> January 8,20123 <br /> Mr.Rohlf stated he wanted to continue to move forward.He stated he has an issue with the <br /> 111 <br /> Condition#4 that requires him to record the record the plat prior to issuance of building <br /> permit because he won't have full financing until he does their expansion. <br /> Chair closed the public hearing. <br /> Commissioner Konietzko questioned if there was an option for changing Condition#4. <br /> Mr. Barnhart stated Condition#4 is recommended in order to try an address issues with this <br /> plat since it was approved in 2006. He stated the city acted in good faith but can't keep <br /> pushing the payment and recording off. He further stated the plat needs to be recorded so <br /> there is no confusion about plat, such as lots,access,etc. <br /> MOVED BY COMMISSIONER JOHNSON AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER KONIETKO TO APPROVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br /> CASE NO. CU 13-01 AS ILLUSTRATED ON DRAWINGS DATED AND TITLED <br /> "FLOOR PLAN DATED NOVEMBER 26,2012"WITH THE FOLLOWING <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. AS A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS NOT A BUILDING PERMIT,THE <br /> APPLICANT SHALL APPLY FOR ALL REQUIRED PERMITS. <br /> 2. THE DEVELOPMENT SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE FIRE CODES. <br /> THE FIRE CHIEF SHALL VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL FIRE <br /> HYDRANTS,AND MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL HYDRANTS <br /> NECESSARY TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY. <br /> 3.
