Ms. McPherson stated <br />that Kevin Meland is requesting an administrative subdivision to split Lot 1, Block 1 <br />Dunham Addition into t~vo parcels in order to resolve a mortgage foreclosure issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Ia-flinzing opened the public hearing.
