Paxking was established for the entire <br />building assuming retail use, or 5 spaces per 1000. <br />Using the general parking standards for sales/service of one space per 200 square feet, the business would <br />require eight parking spaces which the existing parking lot provides. <br />Signage <br />The applicant will utilize one lighted sign structure on the building as well as the existing freestanding sign <br />located on the western edge of the property along highway 169.
