As you are aware, this <br />is a small addition consisting of five lots located just west of Proctor Avenue. The only <br />comments we have relative to the final plat concern drainage and utility easements. We believe <br />that an additional five-foot drainage and utility easement should be shown along Outlot A at the <br />rear of Lots 4 and 5. Also, there is a natural swale through the eastern portion of Outlot A <br />adjacent to Proctor Avenue. We would suggest that the entire eastern portion of Outlot A be <br />designated a drainage and utility easement. We would suggest that this designation run <br />southwesterly to the south plat boundary off of the line that measures 166.94 feet. <br /> <br />Finally, we would suggest that additional drainage and utility easements be placed in Lots 1 and <br />2 to cover the natural swales that convey drainage from Ridgewood First Addition to the north <br />through these two lots. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding any of these comments, please call. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Howard R.
