Stewart Wilson as a voting member to the Economic Development Authority (EDA) valid to <br />December 31, 2014. <br />2. Stewart Wilson as Council liaison to the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) valid to <br />December 31, 2014. <br />BACKGROUND /DISCUSSION <br />There is a Council vacancy on the EDA left from when the Ward 1 seat was vacated by Nick Zerwas. <br />Council is asked to appoint newly elected Ward 1 Councilmember Stewart Wilson to fill the vacancy. <br />At the January 7, 2013 meeting, the Council made the two -year Council liaison appointments.
