Employees <br />who meet established guidelines of the program shall be eligible for the following: <br />After five (5) years — Up to 3% of employee's base wage rate <br />After nine (9) years — Up to 4.5% of employee's base wage rate <br />After thirteen (13) years — Up to 6% of employee's base wage rate <br />After seventeen (17) years — Up to 7.5% of employee's base wage rate <br />P.O.S.T. LICENSE <br />The EMPLOYER shall reirnburse employees for the cost of P.O.S.T. Licensure. <br />12 <br />
