The agreed to provisions of the contracts are consistent with previous council discussions <br />and are the same for both union groups. <br />Agreed to terms are as follows: <br />Uniforms The uniform allowance will increase by $20 each year. <br />Vacation The vacation language has been changed to be consistent with the city Personnel Policy <br />Manual <br />Compensatory Time Provisions Employees will be allowed to cash out compensatory time only in June and <br />December <br />Rage Bates Cost of living adjustment of 2% will be given on January 1 of each year, 2013, 2014 and <br />2015; Market adjustments will be provided as follows: 1.5% on January 1, 2013, 1.5% on <br />July 1, 2014, and 1% on July 1, 2015, if below average of comparison group <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Cost of living and uniform allowance increases were included in the 2013 budget. The 2013 market <br />adjustment, wage and benefits of approximately $34,600 for both union groups in total, will be taken out <br />of fund balance reserves (General Fund) and included in the 2013 year -end adjustments.
