The various characteristics of the pavement cores were analyzed in order to assist in <br /> determining the appropriate pavement rehabilitation method for each roadway segment. <br /> A total of 23 pavement cores were taken within the roadway segments with a few soil borings taken to <br /> determine the classification of the underlying layers. The locations of the pavement cores are <br /> summarized in Figure I below and a summary of the pavement depths, conditions and underlying soil <br /> classifications are show on Table 1 below.
