FINANCIAL IMPACT <br /> There is no direct financial impact associated with this approval. Preliminary estimates of the anticipated <br /> project costs are as follows: <br /> 2013 - $2,852,000 <br /> 2015 - $3,995,000 <br /> 2017 - $4,336,000 <br /> Staff reviewed the preliminary budget impact of the projects on the Street Improvement Reserve and <br /> State Aid Funds and sufficient funds exist to finance the 2013 project via the Street Improvement <br /> Reserve and property assessments. The 2015 project may be a combination Street Improvement Reserve <br /> funds,property assessments, state aid and street improvement bonds.
